Civil Construction – Labourer

$25 - $32 an hour
Full Time – plus overtime

Job Duties
Perform physical labour in a variety of different construction projects
Loading and unloading equipment
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
Loading, unloading and cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
Operating hand and power tools of all type
Maintain, clean and basic daily maintenance of equipment and tools
Will require some hand digging on site when needed

What You’ll Bring
Previous civil construction experience considered an asset
Knowledge of construction safety procedures
Ability to read simple instructions and follow safety signage accurately
Positive communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods and working outside in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
A valid Canadian driver’s license
