Duties
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage phone systems, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries efficiently
Maintain accurate records through data entry, appointment scheduling, and filing systems
Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to prepare documents, correspondence, and reports
Handle billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks using Excel, similar accounting software
All front desk duties such as proofreading, organizing files, and managing paperwork
Provide excellent customer support by addressing client needs promptly and courteously
Ensure all phone etiquette standards are met to foster positive communication with clients and vendor.
Prior office experience with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced setting
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, and organizational tasks essential for smooth daily operations
Background in Sales is a plus, relevant administrative experience is valued
Knowledge of bookkeeping is advantageous for handling financial transactions accurately
Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with strong organizational abilities to manage busy schedules effectively
