Responsibilities
Experience in the food industry IS A MUST
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects
Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests

Skills




Able to work mornings, evenings and holidays
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Kitchen experience or prior food industry experience is a plus
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
