Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest or resident satisfaction
Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas




Use janitorial supplies efficiently and responsibly while adhering to safety protocols
Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles—hotel experience is a plus!
Robust knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards
Ability to perform hotel cleaning with attention to detail and efficiency
Skilled in floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor waxing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Experience with laundry operations and managing cleaning supplies
Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and housekeeping management systems
