Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Maintain clean, organized, and inviting service areas to enhance customer satisfaction
Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts
Collaborate with team members to achieve and improve overall service performance
Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information promptly
Assist in opening or closing procedures, including cash handling
Prep food and supplies for efficient operation

Requirements




Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving stock and supplies
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required; we value motivation and a positive mindset above all else

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
