Job Summary The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by performing production, packaging, quality, sanitation, and material handling tasks across multiple production lines, including Loaf Line, Cutting, Oven & Consolidation, and Packaging.T his role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strict adherence to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Responsibilities
General Production Responsibilities
Work across multiple production lines as assigned, including Loaf Line, Cutting, Oven & Consolidation, and Packaging.
Follow all company SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, food safety, and workplace safety procedures and policies.
Operate production and packaging equipment safely and according to training.
Inspect products throughout the process to identify defects and remove defective products from the process.
Complete all required production, quality, sanitation, and inspection records accurately and as assigned.
Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
Maintain product quality while minimizing waste and salvage.




Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with SSOP standards.

Quality, Food Safety & Workplace Safety
Comply with all food safety, allergen control, sanitation, and quality requirements.
Conduct inspections, pre-operational checks, and quality checks as assigned.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Immediately report any food safety, quality, or workplace safety concerns.
Properly wear, use, store, and dispose of all required PPE at all times.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a food manufacturing, production, or industrial workplace is an asset.
Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift within required limits, push and pull racks, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to understand basic verbal and written instructions in English related to safety, production, and quality requirements.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
