Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various carpentry techniques and be capable of working on diverse construction projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in building and restoring structures, ensuring they meet safety standards and client specifications.

Duties
Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications.
Perform flooring installation and tile laying with precision.
Execute drywall installation and finishing to create smooth surfaces.
Build frameworks for concrete forming and ensure they are plumb and level.
Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electrical workers, to complete projects efficiently.
Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate material needs for projects.




Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
Solid skills in tile laying, flooring installation, drywall work, concrete forming, and restoration tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
