We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labourer to join our energetic outdoor maintenance team. This role offers an exciting prospect to work on a variety of landscaping projects, from garden installation to landscape maintenance. Duties
Cutting lawn and maintenance of grounds
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for digging, planting, and site preparation
Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and mulching to keep landscapes vibrant and tidy
Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care, edging, aeration, and seasonal clean-up
Support horticultural practices by applying knowledge of plant care, soil health, and pest management
Maintain equipment through routine inspections and mechanical repairs to ensure safety and optimal performance
Assist with construction projects involving landscape features like retaining walls,



pathways, or garden beds

Qualifications
Experience working with construction equipment such as lawn equipment and trimmers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Basic knowledge of horticulture principles and gardening techniques
Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus
Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining hand tools and power tools safely
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor work is advantageous
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $17.60-$26.00 per hour
