Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our landscaping crew. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn. As a General Laborer, you will support the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, ensuring each job site meets our high-quality standards. No previous landscaping experience is required—just a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team workplace.

Duties
Assist with landscape installations including turf, stone, soil, interlock, and outdoor features.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
Operate basic hand tools and small equipment safely (training provided)
Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, leveling ground, etc.
Support crew leads and foremen in completing project tasks efficiently
Maintain a clean and protected work environment
Follow company policies, safety protocols, and instructions

Qualifications




Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours if necessary

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
