Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Serve dishes promptly and accurately, ensuring guests receive their orders hot and correctly
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple stations efficiently
Follow all food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent cross-contamination




Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting with a positive attitude
Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
Familiarity with food handling procedures, meal preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation to support a cohesive work workplace
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
