Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Support clients with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning client living areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare specialists




Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent falls or injuries

Requirements
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of senior care practices, dementia care, and working with individuals with disabilities
Certification or experience in medication administration is advantageous
Solid caregiving skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently and safely
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
