CamAutoPro is a North American manufacturer of professional GPR (Glue Pull Repair) tools and collision repair supplies, sold directly to bodyshops and collision centers across Canada and the United States. We are growing fast and need a sharp, motivated person to manage our accounts and drive sales from our Boisbriand headquarters.

What You Will Do
Own the phone. Follow up with existing accounts on their 30-day billing cycles — every call is a chance to collect AND upsell. This is the most important part of the job.
Cold call current bodyshops and collision centers to open fresh accounts across Canada and the US.
Manage receivables — not as a debt collector, as a relationship builder. A payment call is a sales call.
Attend industry trade shows as a skilled brand representative a few times per year.
Keep the CRM updated, pipeline organized, and reports accurate.

What We Are Looking For
Proven B2B phone sales experience. You have dialed before and a cold call does not scare you.
Presentable and professional — you will represent us at trade shows and in front of major clients.




Bilingual French/English is a strong asset.
Organized, reliable, and hungry for commission. Your best months will far exceed your base pay.
Automotive or collision industry background is a plus, not a requirement. We train the right person.
You know how to have a real conversation with a business owner, not read off a script.

What We Pay

$23/hr base — secure income no matter what. On top of that, a commission structure that rewards every call you make, every account you open, and every reorder that follows. Details discussed at interview. Commission is uncapped.
