Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the facility
- Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities and inspecting for damage; accurately process inbound deliveries using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications and shipping standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse distribution systems such as AS400 or similar platforms
- Ensure proper order fulfillment by picking orders efficiently using order pickers and adhering to quality standards




- Load and unload trucks safely while following proper packaging procedures to prevent damage during transit
- Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and organizing warehouse space for optimal efficiency

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes
- Valid forklift certification with experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or other inventory control software
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Experience with order picking, packing, and load & unload procedures in an e-commerce or retail setting preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards at all times
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
