- Co-ordinate daily movements of product with sales and customers.
- Confirm product availability.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse for orders with fittings.
- Generate the required paperwork (i.e. Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, pro forma)
- Pre-call customers (as required) before shipment
- Data entry as required in JDE & DSI
- Take care of pick-ups
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Conduct training of other employees as assigned
- Emails and phone calls to customer service
- Research into PO issues and complete corrections
- Tracking POD
- Participate in monthly and year-end Inventory process’s
Skills And Abilities Required
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to use Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms.
