About FORMA Plank
FORMA Plank is a premium Canadian flooring brand under PUR Collective, offering a highly curated collection of designer-driven engineered hardwood flooring. As a growing start-up within a Canadian manufacturing company, we are building a brand that combines exceptional product, thoughtful design, colour expertise, and personalized service.
We are looking for a Showroom Manager / Inside Sales professional to become an integral part of the FORMA Plank team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role for someone who is confident working with clients, passionate about design and interiors, highly organized, and excited by the opportunity to help grow a new brand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior design, architecture, flooring, building materials, or related industries, with a strong understanding of how designers, builders, and clients make product selections.

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional showroom experience while supporting sales, customer relationships, business development, order coordination, and day-to-day showroom operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking initiative. As a start-up, no two days will look exactly the same, and there will be opportunities to contribute beyond the core responsibilities of the position.
