About the role:

Papa’s Stay & Clean Inc. is looking for a dependable cleaner to handle short-term rental turnovers. You’ll prepare properties between guest stays to a consistent hotel-quality standard. This is a adaptable, on-call role based on guest booking activity — some weekends or weekdays will have multiple turnovers, others may have none.

You’ll tell us your general availability for the week, and we’ll confirm specific job assignments with as much advance notice as possible, typically 2-5 days before the turnover. This is not a guaranteed-hours role — pay is per completed turnover

What you’ll do

- Full turnover cleaning between guest checkouts and check-ins (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas)
- Restock guest amenities and linens per property checklist
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or missing items immediately
- Communicate promptly on same-day turnover timing — turnovers are time-sensitive between checkout and next check-in

What we’re looking for:




- Comfortable with variable, on-call scheduling — this is not a fixed-hours position, and turnover volume changes week to week based on guest bookings
- Reliable transportation to multiple properties in Downtown, etc…
- Comfortable working independently and hitting tight turnaround windows
- Prior cleaning or hospitality experience an asset, not required — training provided

Details:
- Pay: per-turnover flat rate, paid on the 15th and End of month.
- Independent contractor role —subcontractor agreement provided outlining scope and terms
- Paid training provided

Opportunity for more shifts as our rental portfolio grows Pay: $50.00-$260.00 per day
