Duties

- Safely transport signage materials and equipment to job sites, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Read and interpret installation blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure precise placement.
- Install various types of signs including channel letters, banners, lighted displays, and monument signs using hand tools and power equipment.
- Use ladders, scaffolding, or lifts to reach high or difficult-to-access areas while maintaining safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm installation details and address any site-specific challenges.
- Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper alignment, secure fastening, and overall appearance.




- Remove old signage safely when required and prepare sites for new installations or maintenance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sign installation or a related hands-on trade such as carpentry or construction.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics with ease.
- Robust knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and operating power tools.
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure precise installations.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
