Assist hospital staff as needed during crises and evacuations.Greeting and assisting visitors, patients, and hospital staff. Provide directions and ensure that guests adhere to hospital policies and procedures.De-escalate tense situations, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all interactions are handled calmly and professionally.Document daily activities, incidents, or accidents accurately.
