Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around job sites
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed
Perform basic site maintenance tasks such as debris removal and site cleanup
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
Operate easy machinery or equipment under supervision when required




Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and materials

Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members
Basic understanding of safety procedures; previous safety training is a plus but not mandatory
Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
