Responsibilities
Greet customers with a warm, genuine smile and assist them in locating products or services
Provide knowledgeable support and answer questions to enhance the shopping experience
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting atmosphere
Operate cash registers efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and process payments securely
Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability throughout the store
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service




Follow safety procedures and company policies to promote a secure shopping environment

Qualifications
Robust communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
