Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our construction team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing electrical construction projects—or a driven current graduate ready to grow into a leadership position. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Oversee electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project accuracy
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions
Ensure adherence to all electrical codes, safety regulations,



and company standards

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
Solid understanding of change orders, budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking
Experience with construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings)
Solid knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
