Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator specialized in Invisalign to join our vibrant dental team! Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly, assess their needs, and explain Invisalign treatment plans clearly and confidently
Educate patients on Invisalign procedures, advantages, and expected outcomes using detailed descriptions and visual aids
Coordinate appointments, including consultations, scans, aligner fittings, and follow-up visits to ensure seamless patient flow
Manage electronic dental records accurately, documenting patient information, treatment progress, and correspondence diligently




Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and dental health status
Assist in verifying insurance benefits related to orthodontic treatments and facilitate financial discussions with patients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Invisalign technology, dental terminology, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance

Experience
2 years prior experience working in dental office aministration is required
Familiarity with Dentrix is an asset
Previous dental office experience involving orthodontic treatments or Invisalign is a significant advantage

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
