Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to all food safety standards
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and presentation
Monitor guest needs throughout events, responding promptly to requests with professionalism
Clear tables promptly after service, ensuring cleanliness and organization for ongoing events
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food presentation and timing for seamless service




Maintain proper food handling procedures and uphold health regulations at all times

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience required, with a strong focus on event execution
Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and food safety protocols is highly valued
Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse settings
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from all backgrounds
Knowledge of food preparation and serving standards ensures high-quality service delivery
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
