Position Overview:

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Roll-Off Truck Driver with a valid AZ license and clean Driver's Abstract. This front-line position plays a key role in our daily operations across the Ottawa region, helping deliver, swap, and empty bins safely, efficiently, and professionally.

The starting wage for this position is $30.00/hour. With a $2/hour safety and performance bonus calculated and paid Bi-Weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, swap, and empty roll-off bins at customer sites
Comfortable with operating a pup trailer
Secure all loads in compliance with legal and safety standards
Conduct full pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
Maintain clear and skilled communication with dispatch and operations staff
Represent CFT Recycling with professionalism and respect on every job site
Keep your truck clean, roadworthy, and safe at all times




Use sound judgment to spot and report maintenance issues early
Follow all MTO regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols
Basic truck maintenance (Ex. greasing truck)

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3+ years of Roll-Off driving experience is required.
Valid AZ License for at least 3 years (required)
Clean driver’s abstract and solid safety record
Robust knowledge of MTO compliance, CVOR, load securement, and daily inspections
Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
Mechanically inclined with a keen eye for vehicle performance
Reliable transportation to our yard (not accessible by public transit)
