COST Vape is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping and a strong ability to assist customers with product selection, provide excellent service, and contribute to a positive store workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide expert advice on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, coils, and accessories.
Educate customers on vaping safety, product usage, and maintenance.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
Stay up to date on the latest vaping trends, regulations, and new products.
Verify customer age and ensure compliance with local and federal vaping regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and receiving shipments.

Requirements:




Must be at least 19 years old
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of vaping products and accessories (or willingness to learn).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and experience handling cash/card transactions.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable.
