Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect new customers from an existing territory as well as maintain contact with existing customers
Maintain customer service excellence and customer satisfaction
Sell new vehicles to obtain dealership profit
Examine and analyze actions for improvement to best manage time effectively
Keep abreast of changes and updates to the trucking industry – new products, features, accessories, and perks to the customers
Work closely with the service department in order to acquaint customers with the service team
Successfully complete formal sales training if applicable

Job Requirements:
Previous experience in equipment sales, heavy duty truck sales, or auto sales is a MUST
Knowledge of heavy duty trucks/equipment
Mechanic understandings,



or the willingness to learn
Strong communication skills
The ability to use a computer effectively
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven to build trust and maintain relationships
Comfortable talking on the telephone and making cold calls
Demonstrates professionalism
Ability to hold technical conversations regarding truck sales
Bilingualism
