We are currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual to join our Shell location as a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR), Cashier and Gas Attendant.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, solid communication skills and the ability to provide quick, friendly and professional service to every customer. We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service
Process cash, debit, credit and fuel transactions accurately
Assist customers with fuel purchases and general inquiries
Verify identification for tobacco and other age-restricted products
Stock shelves, coolers and merchandise displays
Monitor inventory and advise management when products require replenishment
Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store, fuel pumps and surrounding areas
Follow all company policies, safety procedures and workplace protocols
Wear all required personal protective equipment
Complete other duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the location

Qualifications
Previous customer service, retail or cashier experience is considered an asset




Robust customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills and attention to accuracy
Dependable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a quick-paced customer-service environment
Willingness to follow all health, safety and security procedures
Able to maintain a qualified and positive attitude throughout each shift

Hours and Availability

This is a part-time position offering approximately 28–32 hours per week. Applicants must be available to work:
Evening shifts during the week
A variety of shifts on weekends, including days, evenings and nights as required
