We are seeking a motivated and skilled framer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing framing structures that form the backbone of residential, commercial, or restoration projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring safety, precision, and quality at every step. Responsibilities
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects.
Construct and install wall frames, floor joists, roof trusses, and other structural components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed.
Operate heavy machinery safely to lift, position, and secure framing materials efficiently.
Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations and structural elements in restoration or current builds.
Measure dimensions precisely to ensure proper fit and alignment of framing components; make adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with carpenters, welders, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of framing with siding, roofing, or interior finishes.




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; adhere strictly to safety protocols during all operations.

Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution.
Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and woodworking principles.
Experience with construction site safety standards and heavy equipment operation.
Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, levels, chisels, as well as power tools including drills and saws.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining stamina throughout demanding workdays.
Familiarity with welding techniques for structural reinforcement when required.
Excellent carpentry skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate measurements and quality craftsmanship.
