Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow




Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation regulations

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest-focused service excellence
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not required
