Overview

As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our guests. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.

Duties
Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to company standards.
Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Restock supplies, ingredients, and restaurant products as needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Respond professionally and courteously to customer questions and concerns.
Work effectively with other team members during busy periods.
Follow company policies, procedures,



and operational standards.
Complete other restaurant duties as assigned.

Experience
Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset but not required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing routine restaurant tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays where required.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
