Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Previous experience in food service and hospitality is preferred, along with robust communication and time management skills. The Server will play a key role in upholding food safety standards and promoting a positive atmosphere for guests.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and cleaning work areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders




Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns promptly
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for billing and cash handling accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism
Hospitality mindset with a friendly attitude and teamwork orientation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
