Oak Bluff Outlet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full time basis.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Operate the cash register and handle cash and electronic payments
Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and displays clean, organized, and well stocked
Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise
Help maintain an attractive and welcoming store environment
Work collaboratively with other team members and management
Follow company policies and procedures
Assist with other duties as needed to support the daily operation of the outlet

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:
Have solid customer service and communication skills
Be friendly, approachable, and qualified
Enjoy working with the public and as part of a team
Be dependable, punctual, and responsible
Be able to work independently and take initiative




Have positive organizational and time-management skills
Be comfortable handling cash and processing transactions
Be able to stand and remain active for extended periods
Be able to lift and move merchandise as required
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
