Acura Montreal Centre is looking for a Technical Advisor to join its team! Greet customers in the service department and open work orders. Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles.

Follow up with customers on parts that have been ordered. Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty policies, including prepaid maintenance plans. Provide skilled and personalized customer service.

Collaborate with technicians, the parts department, and other team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Experience in the automotive industry (all relevant experience will be considered). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with computer software. Bilingual in French and English (a plus). A full time, permanent position. A Monday-through-Friday schedule, with no weekend work.
