Lead monthly Fleet Performance & Dispatch meetings
Analyze and report on delay/cancellation data
Liaise with vendors and OEMs to resolve reliability issues
Support current aircraft inductions and audits
Contribute to Flair's Safety Management System Requirements:
Valid Transport Canada AME license
Two years of Boeing aircraft experience preferred
Proficiency with maintenance software and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
