President, Investment Legal, you will shape legal strategies and ensure compliance across investment activities. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker to manage the Investment Legal team and collaborate with deal teams, crafting high-quality legal documentation. You will ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines while maintaining productive coordination with external legal counsel.

Your leadership and communication skills will be key in navigating complex negotiations and supporting the organization’s objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the high-performance Investment Legal function
Establish legal standards for investment agreements




Build constructive relationships internally and externally
Prepare reports and materials for governance review
Provide training on legal governance to teams Requirements:
LL.B./JD or equivalent, active in Ontario, Québec, or Alberta
Minimum ten years of relevant legal experience
Knowledge in corporate governance and compliance
Bilingual in English and French is advantageous
