The successful candidate will work closely with a partner, associate, senior paralegal, and legal administrative assistant on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.Preference will be given to candidates with experience inM&A transactionsand managingelectronic minute books independently .Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Transactional WorkPrepare and file documents with BC Registry Services and Corporations CanadaManage corporate records and minute booksHandle incorporations, reorganizations, and corporate changesDraft and process share transactions, dividends, and ownership changesConduct minute book reviews and corporate maintenanceM&A and Due DiligenceConduct due diligence searches (corporate, PPSA, court,
