Duties
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and swiftly
Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
Assist in food handling,



storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and safety standards are met

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Experience in customer service roles that involve serving, cashiering, or retail math demonstrates your ability to connect with guests and manage transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic math skills are highly valued for this role
Restaurant or café experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment is essential
