You will build a national BD program, nurture relationships with private equity sponsors, and drive top‑tier meetings with senior Howden brokers. Travel and a rapid-paced, deal‑driven setting are expected.

Reporting to the Head of BD, you will shape strategy, manage outreach, and advance cross‑sell initiatives across P&C;, Specialty, and management liability.
