We are a busy print & design shop looking for an energetic, confident and creative team member who is great with customers and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer Instagram DMs, inquiries and customer messages
- Speak confidently with customers and understand their printing/design needs
- Convert inquiries into sales
- Recommend products and upsell additional printing, signage and design services
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and online
- Help manage Instagram content, posts, stories and customer engagement
- Coordinate customer orders with the design and production team
- Keep track of inquiries, quotes and customer follow-ups

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication & speaking skills
- Confident, friendly and qualified personality
- Strong sales and convincing skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers through Instagram, phone and in person
- Fast learner who can handle a busy work environment




- Organized and good at multitasking
- Social media/Instagram experience preferred
- Graphic design skills are a BONUS
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an asset
- Print shop, signage, wedding/event industry or customer service experience is a plus

Most Important We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, proactive and confident — someone who doesn't just answer inquiries, but knows how to turn them into orders and increase sales through upselling.
