We’re a busy, growing real estate team looking for a creative, organized and digitally obsessed Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who wants more than just another desk job.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Create & manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
- Shoot, edit and coordinate Reels, videos & property content
- Build content calendars and keep us consistent + relevant
- Help create marketing campaigns for listings, events & our brand
- Manage Meta & Google Ads
- Work on our website, SEO, email marketing & Google Business
- Track what’s working and make it better
- Attend occasional community events, launches & shoots
- Bring us current ideas — we actually want to hear them!

We’re Looking For Someone Who...
- Understands social media beyond just posting
- Knows Canva and is comfortable creating great-looking content
- Has experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads/Analytics or similar tools
- Can write a great caption AND understand the numbers behind a campaign




- Is organized enough to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Loves experimenting with AI, new tools and emerging trends
- Has marketing, communications or related education/experience

Real estate experience? Awesome, but not required.

The Setup

Full-time | Monday–Friday

Minimum 2 days/week in our Newmarket office + hybrid flexibility.

Occasional events/weekends when something exciting is happening.
