You''ll diagnose, calibrate, and repair a wide range of precision instruments including temperature, mass, pipettes, and laboratory automation equipment. You''ll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all repairs meet our rigorous quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work with precision technology while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner,



and safer.****Education/Experience:**College diploma required, no prior experience requiredPreferred Fields of Study: Engineering Technology, Electronics, Engineering or related technical fieldTechnical certifications relevant to instrument repair and calibrationStrong technical expertise in calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair proceduresProficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsExcellent documentation abilities for service reports and technical proceduresStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPhysical capacity to lift up to 60 pounds and work in various positionsExperience with quality control systems and ISO standardsStrict adherence to safety protocols and proceduresBilingual skills (particularly English/French) beneficialDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities**Compensation**The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $46,600.00u2013$69,850.00.Thermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
