Job Summary:

We are seeking a Test Automation / QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in API testing, AWS cloud environments, and end-to-end testing of both front-end and back-end applications. This role will lead test strategy, automation initiatives, and quality assurance activities across complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA and test automation efforts across multiple applications and projects.

Define test strategies, test plans, automation frameworks, and quality standards.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.

Perform comprehensive API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger/OpenAPI, and similar technologies.

Validate REST APIs, request/response payloads, authentication mechanisms, and service integrations.

Conduct end-to-end testing across both front-end applications and back-end services.

Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture, business flows, and integration points.





Support testing activities for applications hosted in AWS cloud environments.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.

Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive defect resolution.

Mentor QA team members and promote test automation best practices.

Prepare quality metrics, test reports, and regular status updates for stakeholders.

Top 3 Required Skills:

Test Automation Leadership with expertise in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

API Testing (REST APIs, Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger/OpenAPI).

AWS Cloud Experience and testing of cloud-native applications and integrations.

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

Robust understanding of both Front-End and Back-End application architecture and testing.

CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.

Banking/Financial Services domain experience.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA certification preferred.

AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher AWS certification is an asset.
