Lead spiritual education initiatives as the Clinical Pastoral Education Teaching Supervisor at Providence Health Care. This position is crucial for enhancing spiritual care and education. Within the Spiritual Health Care Team, you will manage and coordinate the Clinical Pastoral Education (C.P.E.) program.

Your leadership will not only ensure compliance with relevant standards but will also provide learning opportunities for healthcare professionals within a faith-based healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate the C.P.E. program efficacy
Collaborate with site coordinators for student evaluation
Deliver direct pastoral care to patients in need
Facilitate workshops and courses for various audiences
Advance spiritual care research opportunities Requirements:
Master’s degree in spiritual or theological studies
Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience
Current Teaching Supervisor certification from CASC
