Position Summary

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys both mechanical work and fabrication? We’re looking for a skilled Steel Fabricator/ Welder to join our team and play a key role in keeping our equipment running efficiently while fabricating custom components to support our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Cut, grind, weld metallics for production and tooling.
Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and fabricate to print.
Repair molds, tooling and machinery as requested.
Support maintenance department with large projects, equipment upgrades and plant improvements.
Record all time, material and related quality documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:
At least two years of proven experience working as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic or a Steel Fabricator within a manufacturing facility environment.
Robust mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Solid attention to safety and quality.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour
