The City of Surrey is seeking an experienced Bylaw Enforcement Supervisor to manage and mentor enforcement officers. This role requires substantial regulatory oversight, conflict resolution, and investigation of by-law violations. With a focus on strategy, you'll support staff training while providing on-road supervision during critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist management in analyzing problem areas and directing officers • Supervise and redeploy resources based on operational needs • Coach subordinates on performance and behavior issues • Investigate and process by-law violations and public complaints • Gather evidence and attend court for by-law enforcement
