Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment
• Comply with safety regulations to maintain clean work spaces
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical,



and mechanical components
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors
• Participate in minor construction and renovation projects
Requirements:
• Five years in mechanical/electrical trades or industrial maintenance
• Valid driver's license and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Knowledge of workplace compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
