Job Title: General Labour

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a busy delivery team as a Truck Helper / General Labourer. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a quick-moving crew.

If you're reliable and ready to put in a solid day's work, this role offers consistent hours and a robust team setting.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
Handle and move heavy materials, including doors, windows, and building products
Assist with securing loads for protected transport
Support daily truck operations and complete general labour tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Ability to safely lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
Comfortable with repetitive lifting, pushing, and physical work
CSA-approved safety footwear required
Reliable, punctual, and able to keep pace in a fast-paced workplace
