You are an expert Associate Director with a minimum of 10 years post‑graduate experience, looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. Job Description As Associate Director-Office Fit‑Out (Enterprise Account) you will be involved in: Team leadership of section of Project Management personnel across Toronto Business Development – Taking responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients. Identifying and acting upon cross selling opportunities Staff management – Line management for Senior Consultants, Consultants and Graduate Consultants, including performance reviews Recruitment – Inclusion in selection and recruitment process, including interviews,



input into resource management Financial Management – Using the tools provided keep track of ongoing margin levels and fee / resource forecasts for each commission Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising construction projects of increasing complexity required. Commercial or retail fit out experience is required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field PMP certification Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project or P6. Good with numbers, technology, and web‑based data platforms. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
