We provide a friendly, knowledgeable staff and extensive on‑the‑job training for all eligible employees.Benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, wellbeing, and a retirement plan with employer matching contributions in accordance with our policies.Position Responsibilities:Collect all job‑related information, including job name, production type, dates, and contact information, working with the sales team.Assist in collecting required customer information such as insurance certification, contacts, and shipping/billing addresses.Receive equipment requests from customers, primarily via phone/email.Enter equipment orders and generate project quotes as needed.Obtain customer approval for all rentals and associated costs.Procure and process required sub‑rentals ensuring accurate pricing, PO creation, and communication with clients, vendors, and shipping teams.Provide day‑to‑day support to productions.Communicate equipment request changes with production staff and ensure all pricing/costs are approved by the customer before release.Liaise with the Camera team during camera preps.Process missing/damaged reports for equipment returns, sending reports to production for payment approval.Aid in billing orders (rentals and L&D) ensuring accuracy and correct billing info.Update camera production information in Salesforce.Maintain accurate,



up‑to‑date records in the system and backup paperwork.Field customer concerns or complaints and address them promptly.Stay updated on new equipment and technologies to aid customers.Follow all departmental policies and procedures.Create a work environment fostering creativity, ingenuity, and high staff morale.Perform other duties as required.Requirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a motion picture industry rental house in a client‑facing Camera‑specific CSR role using rental software.Knowledge of high‑end digital cinema camera equipment (ARRI and SONY) and supporting lenses/optics.Familiarity with motion picture production workflow and processes.Post‑secondary education in motion picture industry (asset).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work flexible hours.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Pay Rate: $26.00 / hr.Physical Demands:Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs or more. Some duties may require driving, loading/unloading heavy equipment, working in extreme weather, night, or weekend work. All duties performed per safety policies.
