and RFQs • Manage the entire proposal lifecycle from planning to submission • Review bid documents to identify requirements and opportunities • Collaborate with teams to develop persuasive proposal content • Write and edit proposals for clarity and quality

Requirements: • 5–8+ years in proposal development or bid management • Background in engineering, consulting, or professional services • Robust writing, editing, and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, Adobe InDesign a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
